Westwood Gardens - Townhomes

Westwood Gardens was built in 1984 and is a townhouse community of 500 villas. All villas are the same size offering two and three bedroom floor plans. A large number of the villas have their own private pools. Amenities include three community pools, tennis courts and a clubhouse with an on site management.

Maintenance fees are approx $155 per month (2001) and include, cable, exterior maintenance, insurance on the structure, lawn care, roof and fence repair/replacement.
One pet is permitted up to 50 pounds, and you are allowed to rent your villa once per year. Trucks are allowed as long as they have no business lettering. Rental ranges are $900 to $1,300 per month.
