You and the Seller Must Agree

Buying a home does not occur in box containing only you and the seller. There are all kinds of other people and services involved behind the scenes to make it all happen and go along smoothly. Some of these services affect both you and the seller and there will need to be an agreement on which companies you will be using for theses services.  When making your offer, you should request your preferences for these service providers.  If you are unfamiliar with any of these such these service providers your real estate agent can usually make a recommendation.
